  • Re-built Rainin Instruments sales team, taking team from negative to positive sales revenue trend.
  • Formed and led Beckman Coulter North American Lab Automation and Genetic Analysis team consisting of 4 sales managers, 32 sales persons and 5 field applications scientists
  • Created Commercial Organization for North American of subsidiary Pyrosequencing AB, consisting of 3 marketing persons, 2 sales managers, 12 sales persons, 7 person field apps persons and 2 application development scientists.
  • Re-built and re-designed Sequenom sales force of 11 sales persons, 1 regional manager, 4 applications scientists.
